مشکل در فایل index.ph

باسلام
من یه تمپلیت آماده دارم اما میخوام کدهای html را ویرایش کنم ولی در فایل index .php ;i nv که در cpanel میخواهم ادیت کنم اصلا کدهاش نمیده آیا ممکن قفلش کرده باشن ؟یعنی کدها فایل ایندکس را به صورت زیر میدهد
